With qualifications in Social Work, Mental health Nursing and Counselling our HD Specialised Practitioners and NDIS Coordinators have a depth of expertise in Huntington’s Disease. We understand the challenges our community face and provide a holistic approach to care, providing support for the person with Huntington’s, their carers, family members and friends.
We are here to help you navigate the NDIS, to assist you to gain the best possible outcomes from your plan and to support you to achieve your goals.
Our unique approach ensures that revenue raised through NDIS Services goes back into the provision of holistic services for the Huntington’s community in Western Australia.
